SportDOG's introductory long-range collar, the SportDOG SportHunter 825X uses the smallest collar design in the family while still providing a range of up to half a mile. It can expand to train up to three dogs with the purchase of Add-A-Dog® collars. Choose to train your dog with vibration, tone, or 21 different levels of static stimulation. This model offers hunters and dog trainers the perfect combination of customization and ease-of-use. 

The SD-825X fits dogs as small as 8 pounds and will fit neck sizes between 5 and 22 inches. DryTek® technology makes this e-collar waterproof, and since it's submersible up to 25 feet, it's great for training retrievers and other water dogs. 

The transmitter is designed to easily operate without having to look at it. This allows you to pay close attention to your dog instead of worrying about operating your equipment. With a slight turn of the dial and a press of the button, you'll be able to deliver the ideal amount of stimulation at the exact right moment. 

The SD-825X uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It has a two-hour quick-charge and a single charge will last between 50 and 70 hours. The low battery indicators on both the transmitter and the collar will help you know when it's time to charge them up again.
