The SportDOG SportHunter 1225X is the SportHunter family's mid-level e-collar. It features a range of up to three-quarters of a mile and can expand to train up to three dogs with the purchase of Add-A-Dog® collars. It offers 21 levels of stimulation, plus vibration and tone, making it both customizable and easy to use. 

The SD-1225X fits dogs as small as 8 pounds with a neck size of 5 inches and can fit necks up to 22 inches. It uses DryTek® technology, so it's completely waterproof and can even be submerged up to 25 feet.  

The transmitter offers easy, no-look operation so you can focus your attention on your dog instead of on your transmitter. Simply turn the dial slightly and push the button to deliver the ideal amount of stimulation, at the perfect moment. 

The SD-1225X features a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that will reach a full charge in just two hours. The transmitter battery lasts 40 to 60 hours per charge and the receiver battery lasts 140 to 160 hours per charge. Both the transmitter and receiver have low-battery indicators, so you know you won't get caught without your e-collar when you need it most.
